Madonie Adventure Park: enjoying outdoor activities
Are you a lover of fun and nature? Immerse yourself in the unspoilt beauty of the Madonie Park in Petralia Sottana, in the north-east of the region. The adventure park offers a range of experiences fully surrounded by nature, ranging from acrobatic trails for adults and children to the possibility of spending the night in a tree house, immersed in 80% of Sicily’s Biodiversity.
The park is the ideal place to spend the day with your family in relaxation: inside you can find a large picnic area equipped with tables and barbecues, as well as a dining area with various types of dishes to choose from.
It is also perfect for a group of friends with whom to venture on the various trails available, from the easiest for the less daring to the most difficult for the bravest. For adults, the park offers up to seven acrobatic trails, each equipped with a safety system, distinguishable between basic (green and yellow), medium (blue and purple), difficult (cyan and red) and very difficult (black). Before each route, you will be given all the necessary equipment and attend a short course on how to tackle everything safely.
For children, on the other hand, you will find the baby course (2 to 4 years old) and the blue and turquoise courses (height between 1.10m and 1.30m).
But the adventures don’t stop: other activities such as tree climbing, 4×4 excursion, powerfun jump, orienteering and archery are organised by the park.
